West Kelowna Pinot Noir Cycle Tour
We begin the tour with a cycle or transport to Kalala Organic Estate Winery which is along the Westside Wine Trail on the upper bench of West Kelowna. Kalalas Pinot Noir is dark in color with ripe dark cherry, currant and licorice flavors.
Next we cycle to Volcanic Hills Winery. There, self-rooted Pinot Noir planted in 1992 has cherry, caramel, spice and vanilla aroma and flavors.
Next we cycle to Mt. Boucherie Family Estate Winery right next door. A family owned and operated winery since 1968. Their Pinot Noir has aromas and flavors of earthy mushrooms, bramble and red berries.
Next we cycle to Quails Gate Estate Winery for lunch at the Old Vines Restaurant, where you select your lunch from chef’s Roger Sleiman’s menu. OPTIONAL: Bonfire at the Cove Lakeside Resort.
Pinot Noir is Quails Gate’s flagship product, made to be elegant with grace and finesse, this wine is made for wine lovers who desire a sophisticated style of Pinot Noir. We do a wine tasting after lunch.
