Kelowna Pinot Noir Cycle Tour
We begin the tour with a cycle or transport toCamelot Vineyards Estate Winery. Camelot’s Pinot Noir is medium body with ripe raspberry and fruit aromas.
Next we cycle to Spierhead Winery . Voted the Best New Winery at the 2012 B.C. Wine Awards. We taste their Pinot Noir ranked #1 in Canada. This is an elegant wine; it offers black cherry and strawberry flavors.
Next we cycle to Tantalus Vineyards. The 2010 vintage is deep maroon in color and is exhibiting aromas of brown sugar, violets and Bing cherry. The palate is a dance between rhubarb pie, wild raspberry and lush plum.
Next we cycle to the Sunset Organic Bistro @Summerhill Pyramid Winery for lunch. Choose your lunch from seasonal inventions. After lunch we do a tasting and tour of this unique winery.
Next we cycle to Cedar Creek Estate Winery– celebrating 25 years. We taste 2 Pinot Noirs. The Proprietors Pinot with cherry, plum and clove flavors. The Platinum Pinot Noir with strawberry, raspberry, red cherry and clove flavors. Both wines have a silky finish.
To finish we will cycle or transport back to your accommodations.
Total distance cycled is from 22-40 kms. Support van follows tour route to pick you or your wine purchases up as needed.
